This afternoon, metaphor merges into reality. We step aboard the Holland America Volendam in the splendid city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada — a fulfillment of dreams. Yesterday’s footsteps linger as we wandered the cobblestone paths of Old Montreal, where lively plazas and quaint shops whispered stories of yesteryears. The majestic Notre-Dame Basilica, a sanctuary of beauty, with its towering Gothic Revival splendor, took our breath away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Montreal is a treasure chest of memories — from academic pursuits at McGill University to my years nurturing communications at the University of Manitoba. As we sail forth from this vibrant city, I hold these memories close to my heart, excited for the fresh revelations that await.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we wave goodbye to Montreal and set our sights on the St. Lawrence\u2019s broad expanse, we embark on a spiritual odyssey, each sunrise heralding new opportunities for beginnings, boundless in their potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
