{"id":2045,"date":"2014-05-23T02:37:00","date_gmt":"2014-05-23T07:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mypeacezone.com\/temporarily-out-of-order-let-it-go\/"},"modified":"2019-02-18T10:00:18","modified_gmt":"2019-02-18T16:00:18","slug":"temporarily-out-of-order-let-it-go","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mypeacezone.com\/?p=2045","title":{"rendered":"Temporarily Out of Order &#8211; Let It Go"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-Rh5f5EAQL3k\/U360KYogyMI\/AAAAAAAAFgU\/u-vMohfswus\/s1600\/Roller+Coaster+-+Let+it+Go.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" ><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/mypeacezone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Roller-Coaster-Let-it-Go.jpg\" \/><\/a>A few days ago, I posted about taking on life, and its ups and downs and twists and turns like riding in a roller coaster \u2013 I said, \u201cJust throw your hands up in the air and enjoy the ride.\u201d But, a friend shared with me\u2026. \u201cRoller coaster rides make me want to throw up!\u201d That put a big smile on my face. But, in reality, we ALL have days like that. Just when we think we&#8217;re making progress, another &#8220;mechanical&#8221; difficulty causes our ride to come to a screeching halt and the &#8220;TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER&#8221; sign goes up. You know, those times when we want to go back to bed and pull the covers over our head, rather than face another disappointment, defeat or delay.<\/p>\n<p>But, ultimately, if we believe that God is working everything we encounter for our good, and if we believe that He has an awesome Master Plan underway, then we\u2019ll get re-energized, re-focused, re-stored, and re-connected to the ONE who is in control. We\u2019ll listen for His voice, and we\u2019ll re-engage and re-focus on His promises to us and we\u2019ll gain back our composure and calm. And, once again, we\u2019ll \u201cfight the good fight of faith\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>But, WARNING \u2013 TAKE PRECAUTION \u2013 just in case the enemy shows up to throw a monkey wrench in the mechanical system of your roller coaster \u2013 just carry along with you \u2013 a barf bag \u2013 and &#8220;Let it go!&#8221; (as sung by Elsa from the Disney Movie, \u201cFrozen\u201d). Get rid of the yuck, and get back on the ride of determination and put on that never-give-up and more-than-a- conqueror attitude!
