Ever looked into a pond and saw your reflection staring back at you — sometimes flattering, sometimes\u2026 well, not so much? Life works the same way. What we put out there is what comes back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflection isn\u2019t just about what\u2019s in the mirror — it\u2019s about what we project. You want kindness? Be kind. You want love? Give love. You want forgiveness? Extend it. It\u2019s the spiritual version of a boomerang — what you throw out has a way of coming right back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesus spelled it out perfectly: \u201cGive, and it shall be given to you.\u201d — Luke 6:38<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s the Law of Reciprocity — God\u2019s built-in return policy. The world calls it karma, but God designed it first. And His version doesn\u2019t deal in luck; it\u2019s a principle of sowing and reaping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesus laid it out in the Sermon on the Mount:
\u201cBlessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.\u201d \u2014 Matthew 5:7<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zig Ziglar, a dear friend, who was one of the wisest men I\u2019ve ever known, put it this way:
\u201cYou can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, let\u2019s be clear! This isn\u2019t about giving to get. The purest generosity expects nothing in return. But here\u2019s the kicker: God\u2019s laws just work. Give joy, and joy finds you. Give encouragement, and you\u2019ll be uplifted. It may not always come from where you expect, but rest assured — it will come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So today, let’s take a look at our reflection — not just in the mirror, but in the way we live. What are we putting out into the world? Whatever it is, we shouldn’t be surprised when it comes back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
