And God Said……
I thought I had exhausted God’s early morning wonders, but not so yesterday. As I snapped this view of the sun’s rays, I thought: “And God said…..” Oh, if ever we needed God’s “saids” with clarity, it is in these times. I sensed He was “saying” and we only need to lend an ear. A neighbor walked by me and remarked “Isn’t that the most beautiful sunrise?” And I replied with gusto: “And God said…” The man said “I think so, too!”
So this blog today is straight from Heaven Central to us earthlings! No doubt, God is wanting to get through to His rebellious, disobedient, contrary, and ornery kids because He loves us way too much to let us go on like this. I’m one of those who needs to be reminded of His words from way before this day and time. He probably – no, surely – had us in mind when He spoke them the first time. Let’s listen to what our Father is saying. I, with you, want to hear Him and purpose to obey Him with my words AND actions:

“Let there be light,” and there was light.” Genesis 1:3
? And God said,
“I have loved you with an everlasting love.” Jeremiah 31:3
? And God said,
“This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you.” John 15:17
? And God said,
“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
? And God said,
“I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13
? And God said,
“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed.” Isaiah 54:10
? And God said,
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
? And God said,
“For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

“I will never leave you or forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

“Come to Me, all who are weary, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27
