Hallelujah! HE LIVES!
The tomb is empty.
The grave clothes folded.
The stone? Rolled away — not by men, but by the hand of the Almighty.
Death lost its grip.
Hell lost its claim.
And hope?
It rose with Him.
Jesus didn’t just die for us — He rose for us.
He didn’t just promise resurrection — He proved it.
The One who was mocked, beaten, crucified — walked out of that grave ALIVE.
And because He lives – we live with eternity in mind with Him forever!
This is not the end of our story.
The breath leaves our lungs one day, yes — but it’s not the last chapter.
Our tombs won’t hold us, either.
Because the same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in us. (Romans 8:11)
Majestic? Oh yes.
Miraculous? Beyond imagination.
But it’s also intimate.
Because He doesn’t just reign in glory — He walks beside us.
He talks with us.
He tells us — again and again — we are His own.
I don’t just believe in Him because of an empty tomb in Jerusalem.
I believe because He fills this heart of mine.
When I’m weak — He strengthens.
When I’m lost — He guides.
When I’m grieving — He comforts.
And when I doubt — He whispers, “I’m still here.”
You ask me how I know He lives?
Because I’ve seen Him heal what was broken.
I’ve watched Him restore what was lost.
I’ve felt Him love me at my worst and lift me to my best.
He lives.
And because He lives — joy comes, peace reigns, and eternity waits.
“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.”
—Matthew 28:6
We praise You — our Savior, our King, our Living Hope. You kept Your promise. And now, because You live — we will live also.
May this Resurrection Sunday be full of light, laughter, and the deep, quiet joy that only comes from knowing our Savior lives. May you and yours live each day in the joy of one day seeing our Risen Savior — face-to-face — celebrating eternal life with Him forever!
